Lacedaemon

The Lacedaemon was a warship in the Imperial Fists Legion which carried the first Imperial Fists beyond the Sol System during the Great Crusade.[1]
It was later commanded by Captain Iago and was part of the Retribution Fleet sent by the Primarch Rogal Dorn to confront Horus when the Heresy began. However, due to severe Warp Storms, the Fleet was left stranded in the Phall System and the Lacedaemon later fought the Iron Warriors Legion, during the Battle of Phall. It was later destroyed by the Iron Warriors when it tried to escape from the battle after the Fleet's Captain, Alexis Polux, gave the order for the Imperial Fists to retreat back to Terra.[1]
