Leo Niveus

Leo Niveus was a Captain of the Blood Ravens Chapter.[1]
He caused a general uprising on an Imperial world by crushing the life out of its Planetary Governor, whom Leo considered to be treasonous. This eventually led the Inquisition to order an Exterminatus be performed on the world, in order to finally end the uprising.[1]
