Letikuss Ohm

Letikuss Ohm is a famed Dark Eldar Haemonculus.[1]
Belonging to the Prophets of Flesh, he was able to use the shamanistic species known as Mehn-Shi to rewrite nervous tissues to such an extent that dreams and nightmares will have a physical effect on living cells.[1]
