Leviathan (Knight)

The foul Knight Eye of Blades it disembowelled. Scarhelm it burned to ash. And at the height of the combat, the Pride of Rau, the Knight that walks alone, duelled the dread engine Loyal Unto Death and its hateful pilot Catallius Morvayne.
It tore the traitor screaming from its cockpit. Crushed the patriarch of Morvayne beneath its tread. Then – its quest complete – the wounded machine collapsed into the sea.
Thus died the Leviathan.

Leviathan, formerly known as Pride of Rau, The Green Man, The Terror of Morvayne, Saviour of Dominion, Slayer of Traitors, Slayer of Old Man Morvayne, The Knight Without a Pilot, is a Dominus-pattern Knight Valiant currently piloted by Lisille Lycan-Bast, High Queen of Dominion.[1b]
History
Twelve thousand years old, Leviathan entered the legends of Dominion when it killed Baron Catallius Morvayne of House Morvayne during the Horus Heresy without a living pilot to control it.[1a][1b] Dominion being home to two surviving loyalist Knight Houses sharing one High Monarch at a time, both with Dominus-pattern Knights (the other being the Knight Castellan Crown of Dominion), Leviathan was hidden away in order to avoid it becoming a prop in house wars.[1b] Only the heirs to line of the Fang of House Rau knew where it was hidden, and it was thus found by Linoleus Rakkan after the death of High King Lucien Yavarius-Khau, who used it to fight the Dread House Morvayne returned to Dominion after ten millennia.[1c] After saving his world and becoming High King himself, Rakkan gifted it to his new co-monarch, High Queen Lisille Lycan-Bast.[1b]
