Levilnor IV is an Imperial world that was invaded by Orks[1]; the Cadian 31st Armoured Regiment of the Imperial Guard was sent to defend the world.[2]
In 997.M41, a small rebellion (which included the Planetary Governor among its members) was put down after Inquisitors Fortez, Alexio, and Credo arrived on the world to investigate the Cultist Temple of the Star Child. After reaching the conclusion that the Temple's members had become the unwitting pawns of the Chaos God Tzeentch, the Inquisitors summoned the assistance of the Salamanders chapter of Space Marines. The Salamanders then destroyed the cult and its leader Darad Harngile[3]. However, it is known that at least four senior members of the cult, known as Sensei, were not present on Levilnor IV, and thus survived the purge.[4]
