The Libators are a Space Marine Chapter.[1]
Overview
The Libators are among the most brutal and uncompromising Ultramarines successors. Their name stems from the practice of letting their foes' blood and dedicating it as an offering to the Primarch and Emperor both. The Chapter has faced censure on several occasions for its treatment of captured enemies, who in the Libators' eyes, make for the worthiest offering.[4]
History
- The Plague Wars - The Libators provide 2 Companies.[3]
- The Third War for Damnos[5]
Heraldry
The Libators wear yellow power armour with black backpacks and blue imperialis. Their battlefield roles are also marked in blue. They show company affiliation by pauldron trim colour.[4]
The Chapter's insignia is a blue goblet with a yellow ultima symbol.[4]
