Lokh (Kroot)
Lokh is a Kroot Mercenary, who once served the Radical Inquisitor Helynna Valeria.[1]
History
However this came to an end in 816.M41, when Inquisitor Greyfax accused Helynna Valeria of Heresy. The Puritan then recruited a Company of the 55th Kappic Eagles to capture the Radical Inquisitor. After Greyfax tracked Valeria's warship, Farsailer, to the Eastern Fringe, it was successfully boarded by the Eagles. Lokh and the other members of the Inquisitor's retinue, then fought in a doomed effort to defend Valeria. When it became obvious the Eagles' Company would be victorious, though, the Kroot was among the retinue that fled. The retinue that stayed to defend Valeria, was then killed by the Eagles and the Inquisitor was captured. When the gloating Greyfax later informed the imprisoned Radical that Lokh was among those that had abandoned her, Valeria held no grudge against the Kroot. She explained to Greyfax that Lokh was a Mercenary - he had agreed to fight for Valeria, but not to die for her.[1]
