The Malfactus is a Warp Storm of the Galaxy, that is located within the Imperium Nihilus of Ultima Segmentum.[1]

The world New Drekport is known to be located within it.[2] The Homeworlds of the Grey Giants, Farstalkers, Night Sentinels and Sons of Galathor Chapters, all reside near the Warp Storm's borders.[1]
