Mechanicum Parliament

The Mechanicum Parliament, also called the Martian Parliament, was the ruling legislative body of the Mechanicum of Mars at the time of the Great Crusade and Horus Heresy. Consisting of Tech-Priests, the Emperor was able to negotiate an alliance with the Martian Parliament, resulting in the Treaty of Olympus. The Fabricator-General was the Speaker of the Parliament.[1]
It is unknown if the body still exists in the 41st Millennium. A similar body dubbed the Synod of Mars is known to exist in the modern day.[2]
