Mask of Screaming Skulls

The Mask of Screaming Skulls is a Drukhari relic, a veil formed from the still-living flayed face of an Asuryani Farseer and was embedded with fragments of Spirit Stones. The trapped soul within constantly whispers maddened glimpses of the future to the user – canny users can avoid unfortunate fates listening to the spirits within.^[1]
