Master Charlatan
Master Charlatans seamlessly infiltrate Necromunda's high society, posing as nobles and adopting their mannerisms to pursue their own schemes, typically robbing the Noble Houses ruthlessly. Some harbor deeper agendas, often because they are employed by other Noble Houses or vengeful renegades, though these cases are rare. Some Charlatans venture into the Underhive, exploiting the locals' ignorance of noble customs to live comfortably or manipulate those around them. However, the price of discovery is steep, often resulting in being hanged from settlement walls or thrown into the darkest pits.[1]
A Master Charlatan can aid a gang by offering unique skills, such as disguising themselves as the gang’s rivals on the battlefield or spreading disinformation before or after confrontations. They might even impersonate specific members of their allies’ gang, like a notable leader or champion, deceiving the enemy long enough for an ambush. Even if exposed, Master Charlatans remain formidable opponents, equipped with a wealth of concealed weapons and wargear thanks to their lifestyle.[1]
Equipment
A Master Charlatan is armed with a Needle Pistol, a Stiletto Sword and four Digi Lasers, and is equipped with Mesh Armour, a Holochromatic Field and a Falsehood.[1]
