The Maw of Madness is a former Imperial Star Fort that was turned into a laboratory of Fabius Bile located in the Ventus System in the Atroxia Subsector, located in the Caligari Sector in the Segmentum Tempestus.[1]
Overview
This desolate complex had been abandoned for a long time, until it was discovered by a clone of Fabius Bile who turned the empty halls into torture-labs and research abattoirs.[1a]
