Maylon Idar III
Maylon Idar III was a Tyrant-General, who once served in the Imperial Army before he joined the forces of Warmaster Horus, during the Horus Heresy.[1]
History
By 013.M31 he had command of the world Ydursk, as well as the large Traitor Imperial Army forces that defended it. That year, however, Ydursk was stealthily invaded by a small contingent of the Raven Guard, who began attacking Idar's forces. They in fact served in the Dark Angels' campaign of vengeance, which had begun striking back at the Traitors who had betrayed the Imperium. Despite his overwhelming numerical superiority, the Tyrant-General's Army was dismantled piece by piece and they were unable to discover who was attacking them. This led Idar to consolidate his forces and then broadcasted a call to parlay with an emissary from his unseen foes. The Raven Guard replied instead with a single mass-reactive round, which put an end to the Tyrant-General's reign on Ydursk.[1]
