Medusa VIII is a planet located in the Medusa System of Ultima Segmentum.[1]
Overview
Medusa VIII is a gas giant which was postulated by the Adeptus Mechanicus to contain resources which could be harvested from its atmosphere. Research vessels sent to investigate have disappeared in dubious circumstances and Fleet command have recommended the abandonment of investigations, simply to preserve their ships.[1]
