Mortis Gyre

The Mortis Gyre is an orb of energy, that is a relic of the Adeptus Custodes.[1]
Description
When it is activated, the Gyre seeks out a foe of the Custodians and rapidly embeds itself into their consciousness. The victim is then shown a horrifying vision of their impending doom. Before they can wrestle their mind back under control, a killing blow is delivered to send them to that fate.[1]
