Mulian

Mulian was the Governor of the planet Ulterior Prime in late M41. He died of a heart attack after hearing that his planet's Imperial Tithe for the next year was to be increased.[1]
He had at least one son, Muliansen. After Mulian's death, Muliansen would go on to be inducted into the Schola Progenium on Olvein Devus, changing his name to Vastus in the process.[1]
