Multi-laser

The Multi-laser is a type of Imperial laser weapon.[1]
The Multi-laser is commonly mounted on Imperial Guard vehicles like the Chimera and Sentinel. Multiple reinforced barrels and enhanced phase capacitors allow for a standard laser discharge to be fired in a series of rapid "bolts". While losing some of the penetrative power of a lascannon, the resulting high rate of fire of up to 100 "bolts" a second[4] improves the weapon's ability to engage a series of targets in rapid succession. Multi-lasers are highly effective against hordes of infantry or lightly-armoured vehicles.[1][2][3]
