Neurolocutor

Neurolocutors are specialized human interrogators serving the Adeptus Custodes.[1a]
Also called psy-augers, they are trained to bore through a person's mind for information. Their procedures require the subject to be tightly restrained and heavily drugged, allowing for their ingress into their psyche through technological means.[1a]
Once inside, a neurolocutor adept can take whatever form serves their purpose, drawing from the subject's background for inspiration. The procedure requires two adepts, one going in and the other monitoring the session and standing ready to pull their teammate out should the need arise.[1a]
When necessary, a neurolocutor could also access an individual's mind without technological aid.[1b]
