Obsidian Veil

Obsidian Veil is a Dark Eldar relic.[1]
Utilizing the same Night-Shield technology as Dark Eldar attack craft, the Obsidian Veil projects a broad-spectrum displacement field around its bearer, surrounding them in a cloud of shadow.[1]
