Ocular Catechizer

An Ocular Catechizer is a device that can magnify objects.[1]
Used by adepts, sages and Administratum officials, an Ocular Catechizer is a an intricate-looking eyepiece. It can magnify objects, help identify and analyse visual patterns and data. Findings can be recorded on an attached data-slate for future use. The machine-spirit of the Ocular Catechizer is notoriously easily annoyed, requiring calm and concentration from the operator to use the somewhat temperamental device.[1]
