Okrark is current Chief Dark Apostle of the Crimson Slaughter.
Biography
In 928.M41[1a], Okrark was the Master of the Reclusiam of the Crimson Sabres. When the Crimson Sabres began burning the bodies of the people of Umidia, Okrark assured the Scouts of the Tenth Company that they were giving proper burial to the loyal citizens of Umidia who had been killed by Chaos Cultists. When several Scout Sergeants pointed out that many of the slain had injuries caused by boltguns, Okrark told the Sergeants that they had been collaborators who had been executed for heresy.[2]
When the Crimson Sabres journeyed into the Eye of Terror, Okrark initially remained steadfast in his devotions to the Emperor of Mankind. However, as time went on, and the Crimson Sabres became more mutated, Okrark's sermons began to focus less on the righteousness of the Imperium of Man and brotherhood, and more about the acquisition of power for its own sake and the strength of the Crimson Sabres.[1b] When Chapter Master Sevastus Kranon expressed a desire to end the curse and make a new life, Okrark was one of those he gathered and who agreed with his plans.[1c]
