The Onager-pattern anti-aircraft platform is an obsolete weapons platform utilised by the Astra Militarum.[1]
The Onager is capable of engaging both ground and low-altitude aerial targets. It is armed with four pneumatically driven 50mm autocannons which provide a combined rate of fire of six thousand rounds per minute. The primary gunner is placed behind a mantlet and aims the weapon with the help of iron-sights. If operated in an urban environment the weapons platform is installed on the highest points across a city. Multiple Onagers can be arrayed in a way that provides an overlapping fire pattern.[1]
