Oraghal Kzarkyn is a Traitor Commissar.[1]
History
He claims that Blooded Kill Teams care only for personal glory and are only concerned about standing higher than their fellows. Kzarkyn knows they are all quite content to do so, by perching atop a heap of their foes and friends corpses.[1]
