The Orb of the Emperor's Aegis is a relic of the Black Templars dating back to the Dark Age of Technology.[1]
This icon-wreathed sphere briefly emits a glowing nimbus of protective energy so powerful that it can hold back the force of the Warp. Thus shielded, the user may use their fleet's teleportation arrays even without the protective power of Terminator Armour.[1]
