Orbats are towering ground to orbit defense batteries, that are used to defend Imperial worlds from orbital assaults.[1]
Description
When fired, their massive macro cannons are able to hurl ordnance far into space, against attacking enemy spacecraft. On Necromunda, Orbats have been stationed to ring the Hive World's equatorial vortices and polar peaks. Though it has been centuries since these great guns spoke, they nevertheless stand ready to defend the vital Imperial world.[1]
