Order of the Silent Vow

The Order of the Silent Vow is an Order of the Orders Hospitaller.[1]
The Order works closely with the Sisters of Battle Order of the Valorous Heart. A contingent of their sisters specializing in life extension and pain enhancement is implied to still be torturing those responsible for the death of Saint Lucia.[1]
