Orrin Grayle is a Lord Inquisitor of the Ordo Xenos who investigated the Genestealer Cults of the Chalnath Expanse Campaign.[1]
History
Lord Inquisitor Grayle wrote report x103/Chalnath on the Genestealer Cults' presence in the Chalnath Expanse. He said in the report that he went to much trouble and lost multiple members of his retinue.[1]
