Venerable Otho was a Dreadnought of the Fists Exemplar Chapter.[1]
When the Ork forces of The Beast invaded the Imperium, he fought in many of the subsequent battles against the Xenos, including the second invasion of The Beast's Homeworld Ullanor.[1]
