Otho Dorr

Otho Dorr was a Field-Legatus of the Imperial Guard in mid-M32. He commanded the Guard contingent during the Imperial invasion of Ullanor in the closing stages of the War of the Beast from his Capitol Imperialis Praetor Fidelis.[1]
He later commanded surviving veterans of the first Ullanor campaign during the second invasion of the world.[2]
