Outlander
An Outlander is someone living beyond the formal influence of the Imperial House on Necromunda. This includes many underhivers who reside far from major settlements. True outlanders, however, live in remote badzones or ash wastes, where they follow their own laws.[1]
Clanless Outlanders on Necromunda are individuals who have never been associated with a House. They may be descendants of escaped helots, lost tribes from the badzones, or even remnants of defunct Houses, forever isolated due to ancestral guilt.
Some are true underhivers, born from criminals or outcasts of Hive City, with distant ties to various clans. Many Clanless Outlanders take pride in their separation from mainstream Necromundan society, viewing it as a source of strength rather than a weakness.[1]
