Panoptispex

The Panoptispex is an incredibly advanced precursor to the Imperium's Auspicator devices, which is used by the Adeptus Custodes' Shield-Captains or Blade Champions. It is able to see through solid objects and into esoteric spectra, which means no malcontent against the Emperor can ever hide from the Panoptispex's gaze.[1]
