The Pathcutter is a massive troop transporter produced on Danik's World. It is a local design.[1a]
Overview
A Pathcutter has two powerful treads and is able to operate in the worst terrains an Ice World has to offer.[1a] Prioritising load capacity over armour and armaments, the vehicle is not designed to be used as a frontline combatant.[1b] Featuring a troop compartment in the rear, a Pathcutter can transport over thirty guardsmen when pressed into Militarum service. The compartment is split between an upper and a lower deck[1a] and is divided from the cockpit by shielding.[1c] The passengers secure themselves with the help of ceiling hung handrails. The vehicle has a belly-mounted front ramp to allow embarkation and disembarkation.[1a] A Pathcutter also has interior lights and headlights[1b] as well as auspex navigation.[1c]
