Penitent 707
Penitent 707 is a Human male Arco-Flagellant, who was once among the retinue of the Ministorum Priest, Taddeus.[1]
History
Penitent 707 was once an Imperial citizen from the Shrine World, Zanzastus IV. After his manufactorum decreased his nutri-ration allocation, he was heard blaspheming against the Emperor. He was judged by the Cardinal of Zanzastus IV and turned into an Arco-flagellant.[2]
When Taddeus arrived at Zanzastus IV to recuperate, he took multiple Arco-flagellants, including Penitent 707, aboard his ship, the Clarion. Taddeus then departed to Precipice. However, by the time he arrived, most Arco-flagellants apart from Penitent 707 had died.[2]
During one of Taddeus' first forays into the new Blackstone Fortress discovered in the Western Reaches, he deactivated Penitent 707's pacifier helm, launching him into a killing frenzy. When he tried to reactivate the helm, though, it didn't work, and Penitent 707 continued further into the fortress until he was lost by Taddeus. The Arco-flagellant somehow managed to survive the Fortress' almost endless threats, showing that the Emperor still had plans for the sinner. But now anyone wishing to gain Penitent 707's services, must first crack the code to his pacifier helm, in order to control him.[1][2]
