Permacrete is a rabid-setting material used by the Imperium to bind loose rubble together during the building of fortifications and strongpoints. It is a grey sludge that is poured into prospective trenches where it serves as a foundation for further defensive developments.^[1]

Permacrete is also used by the Iron Warriors.^[1]
