Pho Cassys

Pho Cassys is a Metascrivener 3rd Class who was responsible for recording some info about Fleet Secundus's Battle Group Faustus, explaining that the group had been split into at least four task forces, including Task Force Faustus III and Task Force Faustus IV.[1]
