Praecillus

Praecillus is a Lord General of the Imperial Guard.[1]
During the Battle of Brax, Praecillus walked into an Alpha Legion trap which resulted in the destruction of a Titan Legion and six Regiments. Even when the Imperial Fists 4th Company arrived, Praecillus displayed timidity and did not have his forces come to the aid of the Space Marines. In the end, Praecillus' own forces defied his orders and came to the aid of the Fist.[1]
