Propagandist

Propagandists are Imperial rabble-rousers, who give speeches, paint slogans on walls, spread favourable rumours[1], and create picts. Some, such as Kile Simlex, work for the Officio Propagandum.[2]
Necromunda
On Necromunda, they are used by gangs to increase their reputations and help with recruiting new members. Their actives are seen as law-abiding and Propagandists do not have to worry about the Hive World's Palanite Enforcers, like the law-breaking Agitators do.[1]
