Psychic Lance
Psychic Lances are an ancient Eldar herding technology common to the visors of all Eldar Knights which has been retrofitted to become a deadly weapon of war capable of sundering unshielded troops and damaging the brain of even the most shielded vehicle or Titan pilot.[1b] An enlarged version of the same device is installed on the arm of the Warlock Titan.[2][3]

Overview
Originally designed to deliver small doses of psychic force to pacify the stubborn Megasaurs of the Maiden Worlds and remove their aggressive instincts, the Psychic Lance is retrofitted to instead drain the whole of its crystal matrix[1] and expel excess rage from its Spirit Stone[4] to stupefy sentient creatures, in the best of cases reducing them to brain-damaged drooling idiots[1] and in the worst sundering their unshielded bodies into multiple pieces. This is especially useful against otherwise well-defended Titans,[3] as it can bypass shields and heavy armour to render the Princeps a drooling idiot unable to control their bodily functions.[5]
The Warlock Titan wields a version of the weapon on one of its arms, a large crystalline rod[5] instead of the smaller visor-mounted crystal,[1] which enables the incredible spirits within to channel their psychic power to a more potent version of largely the same effect: wiping the brains of swaths of infantry and stupefying the pilots of vehicles.[5]
