Rangda is a Forbidden World,[1] that was once the homeworld of the Rangda Xenos species.[2]
History
The Imperium is believed to have destroyed the Rangda during the Great Crusade's Third Rangdan Xenocide.[2] In the war's aftermath, the Rangda's homeworld was made into a Forbidden World by the Imperium.[1]
Despite this, the Vindicor-Kappa-Delta Skitarii Conclave later travelled there during the Horus Heresy. Their reasons for doing so were never discovered, as Imperial expeditions sent to Rangda during the Heresy found no trace of the Vindicor Conclave. This became known as the Rangdan Disappearance and the Vindicor were declared to be lost in action.[1]
