Redux
Redux is a powerful psychoactive drug, that is distilled from a local plant that grows on the dark side of the planet Baraspine.[1]
It causes its victims to repeat the last moment of their actions until it wears off. The victim usually does not even notice that they are under it's effects. Common amongst nobility of the Calixis Sector as a means to embarrass their lessers, the smell and taste of Redux is extremely potent, overpowering most food or drink. It tastes sweet, however, and in circles where it is used, bitter or sour foods frequently become popular. It can be deadly if given in large doses; the victim of an overdose will continue laughing and eating, repeating the last bite until death unless the dose is closely monitored. The drug can also be used in combat by coating a weapon with it. It will have the same affect as if the person ingested the drug.[1]
