Ser Reginald Monstella de Barka was a General of the Praetorian Guard at the time of the Age of the Dark Imperium.^[1a]

Shortly after the 13th Black Crusade, General Barka got into a dispute with Cadian General Isaia Bendikt. After insulting the honour of the Cadians, Bendikt killed Barka in an honour duel.^[1b]
