Retlaxi was a Forge World of the Imperium.
Before the Horus Heresy, it served as the secondary homeworld of the Legio Mortis Titan Legion. Its current status is unknown[1], but some suspect its heretical Tech-Priests may still be acting against the Imperium.[2]
