Revellion
Revellion was once a proud Space Marine Captain of the Ebon Knights, but has since fallen to Khorne.[1]
History
In 437.M35, the World Eaters invaded the Imperial Industrial World of Iriad IV. The invading World Eater warband was met by the Ebon Knights Space Marine Chapter under Revellion. The ensuing battle was bitter and saw both sides take heavy losses. Finally less than a company of warriors remain on both sides, and while the World Eaters could care less about their casualties Revellion is driven to desperation and prays for salvation. Hours later, covered head to toe in blood, Revellion emerges with blood-drenched Chainsword in both hands. Soon enough the last of the World Eaters begins to fall to the mad Captain and the Ebon Knights rejoice, though their victory proves futile.[1]
Now out of enemies to slay, Revellion turns on his own men and hacks a swathe through the remaining handful of Ebon Knights. The rampaging captain attacks anything that moves, including his own reflection. He soon depopulates entire districts of Iriad IV's cities. Having made a pact with Khorne, Revellion eventually forces the remaining population to be evacuated and the planet is declared lost by the Imperium.[1]
