Rokgur

Rokgur was a captain in the World Eaters Legion by the Great Scouring. In the period before the Battle of Skalathrax, he served as part of the legion's "Enclave" leadership council. Almost driven mad by the Butcher's Nails, Rokgur was one of the Legion's most aggressive and unstable officers.[1]
