Rykadi Philia is an Imperial Penal World and the first world of the Rykad System in the Koronus Expanse.[1]
The only settlement on the planetoid is a Penal Colony. The prisoners work in the mines and domed quarries, mining sulphur, ceramdust, and sand which is melted down.[1]
