Sanctia was an Imperial Shrine World located in Segmentum Obscurus.
History
In 437.M36, the planet was assaulted by a warband of Orks which had been infected by Mortarion of the Death Guard. After the defending Adepta Sororitas had dealt with the bloated Orks, Mortarion led his forces in an invasion that saw the planet fall in twenty hours.[2]
