Scuttlehag
Scuttlehags are loathsome crafty little predators, who have chameleon skin and prehensile tails.[1]
Description
They live near bogs or marshes and are naturally adept at swimming and navigating their environments' murky waters. Scuttlehags also use the undergrowth there to hide in and lure their prey into striking distance with the use of their tails. Oddly they do not do so by using their tails to mimic the actions of a smaller creature. Instead the Scuttlehags inexplicably attract their prey to them by rapidly vibrating their tails, which creates a resonant, melodic tone. They are ultimately an interesting and enigmatic species, which deserve to be further researched. However so far, no Scuttlehag has ever been procured from their environments for study.[1]
Trivia
The Scuttlehag's miniature was created by the Games Workshop employee Jake Landis. It was featured in an older version of Games Workshop's website.[1]
