Severissimus Exactor

The Severissimus Exactor is an Ordo Xenos Frigate and is the personal warship of the Inquisitor Lord, Tytonida Nebaszinar Falx.[1]
History
Due to being a warship of the Ordo Xenos, the Exactor's shipwrights built it with a containment deck, whose cells could hold the entire menagerie of an Imperial Commander. In her service to the Imperium, Falx has filled the deck with horrors, beasts without names and nightmares that wore the skins of men. The Inquisitor Lord keeps the containment deck in darkness, when she does not use it and some of her prisoners have been kept there for decades.[1]
