Shard Grenade

Shard Grenades are corrupted grenades.[1]
These grenades are formed from small and tiny fragments of Warp-corrupted metals, often harvest from Chaos-tainted warriors or twisted metal that has been saturated by the power of Chaos. Victims struck by these fragments will be driven insane and their flesh will be corrupted and mutated. Even the tiniest of cuts can cause this effects to occur.[1]
