Sigvald Grimhammer was Great Wolf of the Space Wolves in early M41.^[1]

In 440.M41, he was murdered by a Dark Eldar Succubus on the world of Xor. He was succeeded by the current Great Wolf, Logan Grimnar.^{[1][Conflicting sources]}

• The earlier novel Grey Hunter states that the Great Wolf who immediately preceded Logan Grimnar was Anakron Silvermane.^[2]
